We are committed and have made all reasonable efforts to provide quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to issue a product exchange that is returned within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. Simply get in touch with our customer support team either via our contact page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
If due to an error at our part or where the product(s) received by you are defective, you may contact us for an exchange at any time within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. You will be required to send back to us the product(s) which you would like to exchange using the postal service provider of your choice. The returned product(s) will be your responsibility until it reaches us. Kindly note that the product(s) must be returned in its original condition with all tags and/or packaging remain within 7 working days. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. Please note that your rights to exchange the products will not apply where in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and item(s) have not been returned with the original packaging.
Disclaimer: Due to the natural characteristics of silk, some minor snagging on the silk does not count as a defect. As such, it is not eligible for exchange/replacement. We thank you for your understanding.
